We offer Weekly Beginners and Intermediate yoga classes as well as mindfulness meditation, community and charity classes in Camden Town, Holborn and Wembley Park.
We are small and independent business with focus on smaller classes and individual approach to every person.
Our mission is to make Yoga and Meditation accessible to everyone by offering affordable and high quality classes. We believe that every person is unique and important.

All beginners are invited to try yoga in a comfortable and safe environment. Beginners Yoga classes are designed especially for those who always wanted to try yoga but was not sure where to start. This is the place where you can try yoga with support and guidance of kind and competent teacher.
Beginners to Intermediate Yoga classes
Weekly Beginners to Intermediate Yoga classes
Open level classes are designed for all level of practitioners as Teacher will guide you and offer different variations of poses to suit all level of students from Beginners to Intermediate. Classes include Hatha yoga poses and include Vinyasa flow elements.
Camden, Holborn, Wembley Park
Weekly Mindfulness sessions are open to everyone. Come over to spend some time for yourself, where we are working to quieten the mind, relaxation and stress release. Session consist of sitting in the chairs or on the mat and following teacher guidance into the breath and body awareness, mindful breathing and other mindful exercises.

Community and volunteering
In The Happy Place, we care about communities and many people. Our core value is that every person is important. We treat everyone who comes to our classes with respect and kindness.
We host several community and volunteering Yoga and Mindfulness meditation classes in Holborn (In Cooperation with Holborn Community Association) and Wembley Park (In cooperation with The Yellow community centre). We also participate in charity events in cooperation with Amnesty International.
