Weekly beginners Yoga classes, Wednesdays 17:30-18:30 - Camden Town, London
All beginners are invited to try yoga in a comfortable and safe environment.
Beginners Yoga classes are designed especially for those who always wanted to try yoga but was not sure where to start. This is the place where you can try yoga without being pressured or judged. We will start slow and progress naturally as students gradually gain strength and flexibility.
During the class you will be guided into the Preparation body movements and Yoga poses which are suitable for you and supported by the teachers guidance on the way. Mild and gentle adjustment might be made to your poses to make sure you are practising safely and correctly. Yoga props (bricks and belts) will be used during the class to support your practice.
Please let your teacher know if you have any injuries for your practice to be adjusted accordingly.
Weekly Open level Yoga classes
Beginner to Intermediate yoga
Weekly Beginners to Intermediate level Yoga classes, Fridays 18:00-19:00 - Camden Town, London
Open level classes are designed for all level of practitioners as Teacher will guide you and offer different variations of poses to suit all level of students from Beginners to Intermediate.
Classes include Hatha and Iyengar yoga poses and include Vinyasa flow elements, Breathing practices and Relaxation.
